  • When is tution due?
    Tuition payment is required on a weekly basis, with the due date falling on each Monday.
  • Can I make half payments?
    We kindly inform you that partial payments for tuition are not accepted.
  • Can tutions be paid early?
    Indeed, we do accept early tuition payments. If you're wondering about the timeframe for early payment, we welcome payments made up to two months in advance.
  • Can I make third party payments?
    Certainly, we accept various payment methods, including CAPs, Union Mission, and others.
  • When are late fees applied?
    Late fees will be applied in the following situations: when children are picked up late, dropped off late, or when tuition payment is overdue.
  • When are late fee payments due?
    Late fee payments are due upon the next sign-in. Failure to meet this condition will result in additional late fees being incurred.
  • What are the forms of payments?
    ESLA accepts MyProcare payments for your convenience. Additionally, we gladly accept third-party payments, such as CAPs and Union Mission. However, please note that we do not accept cash, money orders, checks, or any other forms of payment not listed among the accepted payment methods.
  • Do ESLA offer transportation?
    As of now, transportation services are not offered.
  • Can I provide my own food?
    Please be advised that we do not accept food from parents. Early Scholars Learning Academy will provide all meals for the children. For children with specialty diets, medical dietary exceptions are possible with the submission of a physician's consent form.
  • Do ESLA serve vegeterian, vegan, pescatarian, and/or etc meals?"
    At this time, our meal plan at ESLA consists of meat-based options to ensure the nutritional requirements of the children are met appropriately.
  • Can I bring my own milk?
    Parents are welcome to bring the following types of milk for their child: whole milk, 1% milk, soy milk, and lactaid milk. These options are permissible for use at our facility.
  • What days are uniforms required?
    As part of our dress code policy, students at Early Scholars Learning Academy are required to wear uniforms from Monday through Friday. Nonetheless, please note that there will be exceptions on designated holidays when uniforms will not be required.
  • Do ESLA supply uniforms?
    Yes, uniforms are included in package deals, upon availibility.
  • Are uniforms mandatory?
    As part of our dress code policy, students at Early Scholars Learning Academy are required to wear uniforms from Monday through Friday. Nonetheless, please note that there will be exceptions on designated holidays when uniforms will not be required.
  • Do ESLA offer sibling discounts?
    Yes, Early Scholars Learning Academy (ESLA) provides sibling discounts as part of our tuition assistance and support for families with multiple children attending our institution.
  • Do I have to pay tution when daycare is closed?
    Yes, tuition rates still apply even on days when daycare is closed.
